    Job Description

    Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

    As Junior Sales Manager you will generate business with your ability to identify a qualified lead.

    Your focus region is UK for all residential business.

    What to expect in your TIG days :

    • Generating interest from our client base is your core business requirement, this will be conducted from an internal role by hosting telepho ne and video contact with our customers.
    • Developing, reporting and forecasting residential projects as the main point of contact between your accounts and line manager via Sales Force
    • You are the trusted advisor for our customers by assisting and advising them with their needs and creating the right specifications for their projects.
    • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting the right solution at the right time
    • Administrative actions working in our CRM (Sales Force).
    • Creating the leads generated in SF, cleaning up the customer base and following up previous projects created.

    Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) for its CRESTRON EMEA SALES DIVISION to help sustain and grown in the DACH region. The focus area within TIG will be the Crestron range of solutions.

    As RSD you will provide timely feedback to the VP of s ales regarding performance .

    As RSD you are the subject matter expert for the German AV & UC industry , knowing the landscape and the key players .

    As RSD you are responsible for the sales and targets of your adequate team of RSM / BDM in your area, which will be the DACH region.

    Your role

    • You define territory strategy and growth plan, lead sales and account management activities
    • be the voice of TIG in the DACH region, your reputation in the AV industry exceeds you in a positive way
    • quickly understand the business model and technical framework of customers and prospects and how our technology can help them grow
    •  actively coach and lead a sales team around various subject needed to meet target
    • ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
    • true leader of the full DACH region team, e nsuring that your full team is building, maintaining and implementing the business plan .

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (leadership, sales and commercial skills), consistently meeting or exceeding targets

    Job Description

    Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

    The role is 100% commercial Crestron portfolio sales and client facing.

    As RSM you are responsible for the sales and targets in your area, which will be South East UK + London area.

     

    All in your day’s work:

    • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities using Salesforce
    • by developing & implementing a sales process increase sales on our products and solutions
    • initiate and coordinate development of action to penetrate new markets
    • work with both; elite partners in the AV industry and the larger accounts
    • develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
    • prepare an action plan in search of sales leads that will be responsible for new prospects, new deals.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (leadership, sales and commercial skills), consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Fluent in English
