currently looking for a Regional Sales Director(RSD) for its CRESTRON EMEA SALES DIVISION to help sustain and grown in the DACH region.The focus area within TIG
will be the Crestron range of solutions.
As RSD you are the subject matter expert for
the German AV & UC industry, knowing the landscape and the key players.
You will provide timely feedback to the VP of sales
As RSD you are responsible for the sales and targets of
your adequate team of RSM / BDM in your area, which will be the DACH region.
define territory strategy and growth
plan, lead sales and account management activities
the voice of TIG in the DACH region, your reputation
in the AV industry exceeds you in a positive
understand the business model and technical framework of customers and
prospects and how our technology can help them grow
actively coach and lead a sales team around various subject needed to meet target
ensures that the regional sales plan is
aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
leader of the full DACH region team, ensuring that your
full team is building, maintaining and
implementing the business plan.
5 years of
experience in sales management (leadership, sales and commercial skills),
consistently meeting or exceeding targets
in English, German
skills; large network in the industry to help us meet
to travel and work in a global team of professionals
and technical mindset, passionate about our product
ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
negotiation skills; lead negotiations to close
knowledge (preferably Salesforce)
