Robin Van Meeuwen

Robin van Meeuwen

Founder and CEO

Robin drives the strategic sales and partnerships of the group. With 25 years of experience in the AV industry, his ambition is to make TIG the biggest sales agency in EMEA bringing bespoke and tailored solutions for the workplace and the home its customers. When Robin is at home, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and Dachshund dog Nina. Robin is a qualified scuba diver and is enthusiastic about tropical fish, he can often be found enjoying Formula 1 or playing a round of golf.

Steven Dullaert

Steven Dullaert

EMEA Sales Director

Steven is responsible for directing the sales strategy in EMEA for Mezzanine by Oblong Industries, ensuring sales standards are of the highest level to suit existing and future customer needs. Outside of his work at TIG Steven is an avid beekeeper and to date tends to five hives, he is also a black belt in Aikido.

Petra van Meeuwen

Petra van Meeuwen

Director of PR and Marketing

Petra has more than 25 years’ experience in PR and marketing in the AV industry and enjoys bringing customer testimonials to life. Through bespoke marketing, PR and events activities she makes sure the brands TIG represents get the best possible presence in the AV market. Petra enjoys playing tennis and has a passion for languages, she is fluent in Spanish, Dutch, French and English, and is currently learning Italian with her husband Robin.

Vice President of Sales

With over 20 years of industry experience Dirk is responsible for leading the sales strategy for Crestron in EMEA. His wealth of knowledge and experience guarantees that our sales team strive to provide the best service possible. When Dirk isn’t travelling with work, he can be found skiing, sailing or cooking for his children.

Bert Faes

Bert Faes

IT Director

Bert has worked within the IT sector for the past 20 years and is responsible for TIG’s server infrastructure, client portal, networks and website. He manages a team of 5 throughout Europe and together guarantees that both client and staff needs are met. Bert is a qualified PADI diving instructor and enjoys underwater photography.

Karen Harze

Karen Harzé

Finance and HR Director

Based in our Belgian office Karen is responsible managing TIG’s finances and HR as well as office management and legal. With over 25 years of experience in financial management Karen has a wealth of expertise and knowledge. Karen enjoys dancing, cooking and spending time with her two children.

Armin Mehrain

Armin Mehrain

Regional Director, Middle East

Armin heads up TIG’s sales team in The Middle East and is responsible for implementing the sales strategy for Crestron and Mezzanine by Oblong Industries throughout the region.
Based in Dubai, Armin enjoys playing bass guitar and can often be seen riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Olaf Stepputat

Olaf Stepputat

Country Director, DACH

Olaf has held various positions in the AV and ICT industries and has successfully developed and commercialised market leading products, platforms and services. Olaf is passionate about driving TIG’s sales throughout Germany and works closely with his determined German sales team in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Olaf enjoys swimming, running and bike riding, he loves to explore new places and visit countries with family and friends.

Phil Breitschadel

Phil Breitschadel

Regional Director UK & Ireland

With over 20 years of experience in the AV industry, Phil is responsible for driving sales in the UK and Ireland. He heads up a dedicated sales team of 20 people, including Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, identifying new opportunities within the commercial and residential sectors.
Phil is the proud owner of Jarrah, his Rhodesian Ridgeback dog, who often visits the TIG office.

Rupert Denoon

Rupert Denoon

Regional Director, South Africa

Rupert is key to TIG’s growth in South Africa, he is committed to developing his sales team in order to drive sales and identify opportunities throughout the region.
Rupert is passionate about classic cars and hopes to one day own a 152Z 1958 Corvette Convertible, he also enjoys playing the guitar and when he’s not in the office can usually be found at the gym.

Serge Philippo

Serge Philippo

Regional Sales Director, Russia & Eastern Europe

Serge inherently understands that the customer is the single most valuable asset an organisation can have and is driven by an enormous customer focus and end-user experience. Serge is responsible for managing a team of Regional Sales Manager’s and Business Development Managers throughout Eastern Europe and Russia.
When he’s not travelling, Serge enjoys spending time with his family, classic cars, watching hockey games and motor racing.

Stein Ramsli

Stein Ramsli

Regional Sales Director Nordics & Benelux

Stein has extensive experience developing and leading teams to deliver long term, sustainable, accelerated growth. It is for this reason that he heads up TIG’s sales in the Nordics and Benelux. His moto is People, Culture and Strategy.
Stein is a very active alpine skier and is certified as a ski race trainer. In the summer his mountain bike is frequently used, when he’s not riding his bike, he can be found on the golf course, where he is also a certified trainer.

Alain Solomon

Regional Director South West Europe & North West Africa

Alain has worked within the technology industry for over 15 years and is responsible for growing TIG’s sales throughout South West Europe and North West Africa.
Alain is a collector of 16th and 17th century books, enjoys book binding, graphical arts, painting and opera.

Christophe Malsot

Director of Hospitality and Residential South West

Christophe has more than 30 years’ experience of working in the AV industry, he is responsible for driving TIG’s sales activity throughout the hospitality market.
Christophe loves sailing and when he’s not on land is often on the ocean.

Charlie James

Charlie James

Director of Strategic Alliances

With over 20 years’ experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, Charlie has worked with Global Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendors’ building and delivering on their Microsoft Go to Market Strategy’s across a wide range of industries. Charlie is responsible for building Strategic Alliances for Crestron. Charlie is a keen cyclist and has recently completed the Birmingham Velo which was a 100 mile closed road event raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society. Charlie started his working life as a classically trained Chef and still loves to cook. On most weekends he can be found in the kitchen cooking up treats for family and friends.
