Robin drives the strategic sales and partnerships of the group. With 25 years of experience in the AV industry, his ambition is to make TIG the biggest technology sales agency in EMEA bringing bespoke and tailored solutions for the workplace and the home to its customers.

Steven is responsible for directing the residential and commercial sales strategy throughout Benelux, France and the Nordics. Ensuring sales and customer service standards are always of the highest level, and that we never fail to meet our existing and future clients’ needs.

Based in our Belgian office Karen, is responsible for managing TIG’s finances and HR as well as office management. With nearly three decades of experience in financial and HR management Karen has a wealth of prized expertise and knowledge.

Petra has more than 25 years’ experience in PR and marketing in the AV industry and loves bringing customer testimonials to life. Through bespoke marketing, PR and events activities she makes sure Crestron get the best possible presence in the EMEA AV market.

Mark oversees the sales activities for Crestron in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which is a major region for TIG. His outstanding leadership skills and results-driven approach are what energises the team in growing this region even further. Serge drives the Crestron sales strategy for new and established dealers throughout the region. His many years’ experience have enabled him to build an incredible team, always available to provide technical support for clients in both the Commercial and Residential sectors.

With over a decade of representing Crestron in the UK, Phil is a highly experienced sales professional. He has a reputation for adding value to projects through his wealth of industry knowledge and his hands-on approach brings strong engagement with partners and customers. Rupert is a talented sales professional and has consistently grown the business in South Africa. He’s committed to ensuring the success of Crestron in the region, further cementing its position at the forefront of AV control and automation.
