Job Description

As a Country Manager in France, you will be responsible for driving the success of your company's business in the French market.

Your role will involve leading a sales team, developing and executing short and long-term strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

 

  • Identifying new business opportunities, developing, and implementing sales plans, and monitoring sales activity and performance.
  • Drive the execution of the strategy at the level of every individual in the country.
  • Select and hire the right skills in the team (RSM, Sales Engineering, BDM)
  • You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • This requires exceptional leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the French market and culture, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team to strive for excellence.
  • To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and have a keen understanding of the competitive landscape in France.
  • You should have a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong background in sales, with experience working in a senior management role, is essential for success as a Country Manager.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management to estimate the growth and success of the region.
  • Help identify areas of improvement, fosters a culture of transparency and open communication
  • You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable delivering high-level presentations to clients and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Experience and knowledge of the AV market
  • People Management experience (direct or indirect reporting)
  • Maturity in the function (5 years minimum)
  • Ability to establish relationships
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Creative, responsible, and self-motivated
  • Commercial and technical mindset, be passionate about our product
  • Open minded and a real team player
