Job Description

Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Crestron Residential Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, the role is 100% sales and client facing.

As Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for the sales and targets in your area, which will be Eastern Europe with focus on Greece / Turkey / Cyprus.

·       Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers

·       manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals

·       develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·       maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities using Salesforce

·       by developing & implementing a sales process increase sales on our products and solutions

·       initiate and coordinate development of action to penetrate new markets

·       work with both elite partners and the larger accounts in the AV industry

·       develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

·       prepare an action plan in search of sales leads that will be responsible for new prospects, new deals.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in the residential AV industry

·       Fluent in English, knowledge of Greek / Turkish is a plus

·       Basic Crestron product and programming skills

·       KNX knowledge

·       Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals

·       Able to work in a fast-moving environment

·       Creative, responsible, and self-motivated

·       Commercial and technical mindset, passionate about our products

·       Open minded and a real team player

·       Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
