Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is
currently looking for a refined & professional Unified Communication (UC)
Solutions Architect to support an excellent UC sales team.
This team is tasked with the responsible to transform
all ventures that are ready to take the step into the Crestron UC world.
Crestron is the leading provider of control and
automation systems for offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and more. The
success of Crestron is based on a total commitment to delivering the highest
quality product. Crestron provides the ultimate integrated solution.
As a UC solutions architect, you will be required to
interact with customers to create the best fitting solution.
Essential functions:
•
The
UC solutions architect is an expert in Unified Communications solutions and how
they work in different business environments. This expertise is necessary to
assist (potential) customers understand, compare and contrast the solutions
that are available.
•
Introduce
technology to potential users (both end user and installer) who may have an
application but who have not yet acquired knowledge of the material or
technique in question. The Solution Architect may conduct training sessions or
demonstrations to accomplish this.
•
As
Solutions Architect you are a key participant in implementing all new UC
systems and technologies.
•
You
are required to stay well informed about all global technology trends regarding
unified communications. This to ensure the clients that they will get the best
up to date service possible.
•
Working
until perfection is reached must be a second nature in the role as UC Solutions
Architect. You will remain active until all systems are tested & integrated
to the needs of the user to reassure the customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and
Experience:
·
Minimum 5 years
of related experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles
preferred
·
You should
have a very strong knowledge in Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams
and the entire Microsoft ecosystem both on-prem and M365 solutions. You are
often looked at as someone who is often consulted on Microsoft deployments and
are able to answer the most complex technical questions about Microsoft solutions. If you are a Microsoft MVP, then this is the
qualification we are looking for.

Excellent
Communicator. Strong negotiation, organisational, presentation, product demo,
written, and verbal communication skills required

Highly driven
person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations required
·
Able to work
cohesively with members of the Crestron sales & services field, Crestron
partners, and Crestron, engineering, and marketing required

Presence. Proven experience engaging with senior level executives
·
Amazing
Technical Sales Professional. Strong Cloud and Meetings solution selling
experience preferred

Deep Meetings
& Services knowledge. Strong hands-on technical experience with Meetings
and collaboration technologies
·
Meetings
architect. Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and
technical architecture in the Meetings space required
·
Cloud Trust.
Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and
compliance topics with regards to cloud and hybrid productivity solutions
required
·
Demonstrated
knowledge of business analytics, including data modeling, report and dashboard
creation, data security, governance and compliance preferred
·
Technical
breadth. Experiences and knowledge in TCP/IP networking, enterprise-scale
experience with cloud & hybrid infrastructures, heterogeneous client OS
& device environments, productivity solution architecture and design, and
migrations required
·
Planning for
success. Meeting deployment and adoption planning, including and the high-level
project management and change management tasks associated with driving usage of
meeting workloads
