Job Description

Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE).

The TSEs role is to support the regional market penetration strategy, in close collaboration with local sales managers and business developers.

As part of the TI South-Africa you will provide support on many fronts, but the main support is directly to the sales team working in the field and delivering training to our partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.

 




Job Requirements

  • Providing support for SI’s and clients, telephonic support
  • Training for our network of dealers
  • Ensure "Experience space" is always up and running.
  • Updating and testing gear for POC and assist RSM’s etc.
  • On demand give training to partners on “Programing” the Crestron hardware you may need to go to site from time to time.
  • Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
