TIG takes part in successful LTSMG @ Home Virtual Conference
On 12th November 2020, TIG and its partner Crestron were delighted to take part in Learning & Teaching Spaces Managers Group's (LTSMG) first ever virtual conference, which brought together its community of Higher Education AV technologists and learning space designers for a day of informed discussions, speed pitch videos, presentations and networking.
TIG was thrilled to give a presentation on solutions for the touchless classroom from its brand-new Experience Space in London, which showcases how its ecosystem of integrated AV and UC technologies work together harmoniously to form superior smart spaces
for the education industry.
Topics of the members-only conference included: the transformation of Higher Education post-pandemic, leveraging emerging technology and user-centred Design at USC, UX for AV in Education, and delivering AVoIP at the New Science Building at UEA.
TIG’s Phil Waterhouse, Business Development Manager for Crestron, comments: “LTSMG is always a fantastic event for the Higher Education AV industry. This year's event, although very different to the normal format, was no different in its level of success in bringing together experts from across the AV and UC industries to highlight the benefits of choosing the right integrated tech solutions for futureproof smart spaces."
The day came to a close with an exciting schedule of beer tasting with Beavertown Brewery, a Pub Quiz and Raffle Prize Draw.
