We are pleased to announce that Chris Henderson has joined TIG as Regional Sales Manager for the Residential market. Focussing on UK sales projects, Chris will work as part of the residential sales team and brings previous AV/IT experience to the role.
Building on a university degree in IT, Chris brings expert experience to the role, having previously worked as a technical support engineer for Crestron. His in-depth technical expertise adds great value to the residential sales force, and he also benefits from a wealth of industry contacts gained during his recent experience with a specialist IT acquisition firm.
Reporting to Phil Pini, Sales Manager Residential UK and Ireland, Chris will oversee a campaign to develop, report and forecast residential projects while acting as the main point of contact for customers and managing the relationship throughout the process.
“I am hugely looking forward to getting stuck into this new role. I aim to bring enthusiasm and passion, and I’m especially looking forward to speaking directly with end users,” said Chris.
Phil Pini added: “Chris will be a great addition to the team, combining exceptional technical knowledge with a strong ability to understand client requirements. Having worked with Chris before during his time on our technical support desk on many occasions he demonstrated the aptitude to not only resolve the problem at hand, but also encourage further training and exposure to new products and solutions. He is a natural people person with the ability to present technology in many contexts.
