This inaugural boot camp that took place on 11 and 12 of September brought together all of TIG’s sales engineers at the company’s Belgian offices to share best practice and increase their ability to empower the AV integrators that they work with to prepare for the control system challenges they face.
TIG CEO, Robin van Meeuwen explains: “As TIG’s sales team has rapidly expanded in recent months, this event was the perfect opportunity for our sales engineers across the EMEA region to gain deeper knowledge of the innovative brands and solutions available from TIG, as well as to keep up to date with latest developments in the wider AV sector. We’re investing in this crucial area to offer extra value and widen the gap between ourselves and the competition.”
Led by TIG’s Sales Director Steven Dullaert and Sales Engineering Manager Kevin Huysegoms, one of the main focuses of the Bootcamp was to explore the strengths of the Crestron Flex and Oblong Industries’ Mezzanine suite of solutions.
As Steven Dullaert outlines, the two-day event focussed on the technologies and skills required to create the modern, smart workplace: “It was very exciting to bring together all our sales engineers at the first of many boot camps. In the fast-changing AV landscape we want to ensure that our sales engineers stay ahead of technology. This is to support one goal: delivering the best solutions and support our customers can find in the industry.”
